Since I produce all products myself and only after an order has been placed, please allow 1 to 7 business days before I ship your package. Shipping is from Graz, Austria.

Return Conditions:

• Jewelry must be in its original condition.

• All products must be unworn.

• Jewelry that is damaged, soiled, or visibly worn will not be refunded.
